Senior Homeshares
Smith Realty is now introducing Senior Homeshares. This program is for seniors who would like to share an apartment or home with another adult. Sometimes living alone becomes lonely, too expensive, overwhelming. We at Smith Realty want seniors to live more safely and ease their finances by having a living mate to share expenses, split bills and companionship.
